Cement Mill Bearing Journal recovery

36 inches diameter (914.4mm) x 36 inches long (914.4mm)

Due to a lack of proper oil lubrication the white metal bearing ran dry and this is the resultant damage.

One of our Orbital Technicians re-machining the very badly damaged bearing journal round and parallel and a new white metal bearing was made to suite the new journal diameter.
