Midroc acquires Metalock Industrial Services in Sweden, Germany, the UK and Africa.
Metalock Engineering was introduced as a consolidated marketing concept and became a global player.
Metalock-Maco Engineering (India) Pvt. Ltd. is established as a joint venture with Maco Corporation (India) Pvt.
Metalock Dubai, Metalock USA and Metalock Russia were founded.
