Repair of broken MAK 9M32C casing using the Metalock process

All damaged areas were repaired by Metalock Process

  • Crankcase Door area at 2 places on both port and stbd. sides
  • Liner water jacket area of Unit No. 1. Liner bore repaired back to standard diameter
  • Indentation in the scavenge manifold of Unit No. 1
  • Top side of the base plate in way of Unit No. 1
  • Oil pan seating in way of unit no 1
  • Indentation in the oil gallery
  • Indentation in the Cam case
