Metalock Engineering UK investing in the future to further continued growth

Metalock Engineering UK, based in Coventry, is delighted to announce a significant investment in both our workforce and manufacturing capabilities as part of our continued growth strategy.

Investing in our people

Metalock Engineering UK, based in Coventry, is delighted to announce a significant investment in both our workforce and manufacturing capabilities as part of our continued growth strategy.

Following several years of sustained business growth, we are expanding our workshop and field service teams with the recruitment of eight additional on-site service technicians. These new team members will help us meet increasing customer demand across the diverse range of industries we serve, further strengthening our ability to deliver specialist engineering services wherever our customers need us.

Looking further ahead, we are also investing in the next generation of engineering talent.

We currently have five technician apprentices progressing through their training and, in line with our continued expansion, we have welcomed a further five young engineering apprentices to the Metalock team: Ben, Josh, Olly, Jack and Kian.

This latest intake will further strengthen our in-house training and development programme, giving these future engineers the opportunity to build the skills, knowledge and experience needed to support our customers and our business for many years to come.

We are proud to continue growing our team, investing in our capabilities and developing the next generation of skilled engineers.

Investing in people. Investing in engineering. Investing in the future.

Welcome to the team, Ben, Josh, Olly, Jack and Kian!
