Journal Bearing on a Generator Shaft and Neck Bearing of a Pebble Mill

Reworking of the AS and LS bearings on a generator by turning with bearing machinery, tolerance zone 6. Post-processing with finishing equipment, surface quality N6.

Setting the orbital machine on the bearing journal diameter (900mm x 600mm) cement mill. The journal needed machining due to damage and wear.

The outer guide ring of the orbital machine is secured onto the front face of the shaft.

The orbital machine is fitted with a drive chain and a geared motor equipped with variable rotational speed control.
